About TOOLS
TOOLS is developing a free online tool, which will let you create multimedia webpages linked to online dictionaries in over 100 languages. You can’t learn a language from dictionaries alone, but it will certainly help to have easy access!
The parent website can be found via this link, and it carries detailed information about every aspect of the project.
